About the movement

01 / 04

What is Public Commander Force?

A civic movement in rural Rajasthan built on three commitments — a clean and water-secure Rajasthan, integrity that starts with us rather than with others, and skilling that actually leads to work. It is at the registration stage, starting in Bharatpur and Deeg districts, and was founded by Bhagat Singh Lohagarh.

Is this a political party?

No. It is not a registered political party, it is not affiliated with one, and it fields no candidates. The founder has said it plainly: he is not forming a party and he is not contesting. What the movement does is encourage people to put forward and elect responsible, trustworthy representatives — so that whoever governs is someone the ward chose on merit rather than on spending.

Who runs it, and who do they answer to?

The founder and a set of named panchayat organisers. There is no independent board, no standing committee and no appeals panel — so policies are enforced by those named people and nothing more elaborate than that. We would rather say so than imply a governance structure that does not exist yet.

Is it registered as a trust or a society?

Not yet, and we have a whole page saying so rather than leaving it to be guessed at. It operates today as an unincorporated citizens' movement. When that changes, the registration number, date, authority and certificate go on that page before they go anywhere else.

Where does it work?

Bharatpur and Deeg, where the founder is from and where the first teams are being put together. All 41 districts of Rajasthan have a page on this site, including the ones nobody has registered from yet, because that is where the next team comes from.

What is its relationship with Lohagarh Group?

The founder built that business in Bharatpur before starting this movement. No commercial work happens at a drive, membership is not an application to the Group, and where the Group pays for something in the field, the ledger line names it as the payer.

Funding & transparency

02 / 04

What is in the public ledger?

Every rupee this movement spends in the field, with its date, amount, purpose, district, the named organiser who authorised it, and who actually paid.

How are the counts verified?

Every panchayat team files the same five fields each month, and those records are added up and published on the 1st. Teams that did not complete the task are named in the same report, with the reason if one was given. The full method is on the methodology page, in the same section as the ledger.

What happens if a published number is wrong?

Tell us which one and what you saw. We check it against the record, and if we got it wrong we correct it publicly — on the page where the wrong figure was, with a note saying what changed. Correcting only the internal copy would defeat the purpose of publishing it.

How to join

03 / 04

Does it cost anything to join?

No. No fee, no membership card to buy, no missed-call number. Name, mobile, district, panchayat — that is all, and you can have it removed whenever you like.

How do I start a team in my district?

Fill the form with your district and panchayat. When three names arrive from one panchayat we introduce you to each other and send the first task. Not before — calling one person a “team” would be a lie in the count.

What will I actually be asked to do?

One task, once a month, in your own panchayat — the same task every team in the state is doing that month. A morning, not a whole day. Then five fields filed about what happened, which takes about ten minutes.

Is there a minimum age?

Anyone under 18 taking part in an activity needs a parent or guardian's verifiable consent, recorded before the day. That is a community guideline, not a formality, and organisers are removed for ignoring it.

I have left Rajasthan. Can I still join?

You can register, and you are welcome to — but be aware the whole model is built on being present in one panchayat, so most of what a member does is not possible remotely. If your family is still there, the more useful thing is usually to get them to register.

Data & privacy

04 / 04

What do you do with my mobile number?

We use it to connect you to your nearest panchayat team and to send the monthly task. It is not sold, not shared with any political party or campaign, and not passed to any company — including the founder's.

Will my name appear on this website?

Only if you are an organiser and have agreed to it. Members are counted, not listed. A photograph of you carries a place-and-activity caption unless you have given consent for your name to appear with it.

How do I get my details removed?

Ask, through the grievance page or the contact form. No reason required and no attempt to talk you out of it. What we cannot do is retroactively un-count you in a report already published — the total for that month stays as it was reported.

Do you use cookies or trackers?

The public pages of this site set no cookies at all: no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no social embed. The only cookie in the system is the session cookie for staff signing into the admin panel. The cookie policy says so in full, and gets updated before that ever changes.
