How this started

The observation

Everyone talking about honesty and cleanliness, almost no one starting with themselves — including institutions with the resources to.

The decision

If we wanted to ask a village for honesty, we had to meet the standard first — every organiser named, every count published with its method.

The design

One task, every panchayat, every month — so the movement produces a public record instead of a single press day.

Today

Bharatpur, a count that starts at zero and climbs in public, and local elections close enough that the first thing we ask of anyone is about them.
