The people carrying this forward
A movement built on named organisers, not one face at the top — even though today, that list is still short.
Founder, Public Commander Force
Founder — the movement's narrative face, not its only member.
How the structure works
Three layers, and nothing above them but the founder. A panchayat organiser runs one panchayat's monthly action. A district coordinator connects the panchayat teams within a district — Bharatpur and Deeg, to begin with — and represents that district in the monthly roll-up. Nobody holds a title above district level — the movement is deliberately flat, because a long chain of command is exactly what lets accountability get lost.
Named as teams form
We won't invent organiser names to make this page look fuller than it is. As panchayat teams register in Bharatpur, their organisers are named here — with their own village, their own photograph, their own contact.
Roles you can take on
Panchayat Organiser
Runs the monthly action in one panchayat — names the site, logs the report, keeps the record honest.
District Coordinator
Connects panchayat teams within a district, and represents the district in the monthly roll-up.
Volunteer
Shows up for the monthly action. No experience required — a willingness to do the one task is enough.
Before you put your name forward
Do I need experience to be an organiser?
No. You need to be reachable by phone, willing to report honestly, and able to show up on the day.
Is this a paid role?
No role in the movement is paid today. Every organiser, including the founder, works on this alongside their regular life.
What if my panchayat already has an organiser?
Most panchayats will need more than one person as work grows — tell us anyway, and we'll connect you.

Put your name behind the movement
Name, mobile number, district and panchayat — that's all we need. We'll take it from there.
