Community guidelines

How we work together

Every public activity run under this movement's name follows these rules — no exceptions, no seniority.

These are not aspirational values on a poster — they are the conditions under which someone is allowed to organise an activity using this movement's name. An organiser who breaks one of these is removed from that role, regardless of how long they've been involved.

01

No party symbols, no party colours

This movement's political status is undisclosed. Nothing at any event should read as campaigning for anyone.

02

Consent before a photo goes public

Ask first. A person's face and name only appear on this site with their agreement.

03

No cash changes hands at events

Volunteers do not collect, hold or distribute money on the movement's behalf at any activity.

04

Report honestly, including shortfalls

An organiser who reports “we tried and it didn't fully work” is doing the job correctly.

05

Respect is non-negotiable

No harassment, no discrimination by caste, gender or religion, at any activity, ever.

06

Children only with a guardian's consent

Anyone under 18 taking part in an activity needs a parent or guardian's verifiable agreement, recorded before the day.

07

No promises an organiser can't keep

Don't tell a village a training centre or a benefit is coming unless it's already confirmed and dated.

08

Every activity names its organiser

An activity with no named, accountable organiser doesn't happen under this movement's name — that includes small, informal ones.

If you see a guideline broken

Tell us through our contact page — with the panchayat, the date and what happened, if you can. We will follow up directly with the organiser involved, and won't ignore a report because the person raising it isn't a registered member.
