This movement is not mine.
Working across Bharatpur, I have seen this again and again — everyone talks about integrity, but no one starts with themselves. Everyone questions others; no one questions themselves first. So we decided to start there. Every rupee we spend, every activity we run, will be public. We will not accuse anyone — we will simply do what we ask of others.
Now a second thing, because the panchayat and municipal elections are close. A seat won by spending crores has to earn those crores back. That is not an accusation against any person — it is plain subtraction. I spent years as a contractor, so I know the route that money takes on its way back, and the route runs through your own ward's development budget.
So the proposal is simple. A candidate who spends nothing to win carries nothing to recover afterwards. Screen candidates in the open, before polling day — education, record, how they earn, and what they did with responsibility they already held. There are educated young people in these same wards, a great many of them women, whose names never came up for a single reason: they could not fund a campaign.
And I should be equally plain about what I will not do. I will not form a party. I will not contest a seat. No one in my family will contest a seat. And we will not take money from any candidate, in any form. This movement puts no candidate of its own on the ballot — it only asks the voter to examine one, and then decide.
And we will talk about skills only once there is real work standing behind the words. We don't have training centres today. We won't make a false promise — we will ask first what you want to learn.
This movement belongs to everyone willing to take one step for their own village, their own panchayat. I am simply walking alongside.

Name, mobile number, district and panchayat — that's all we need. We'll take it from there.
