Hospitality
Housekeeping · F&B · front office
Bharatpur's tourism trade hires year-round, and its hotels are where the first supervisors would come from.

Starting soon
We are at the beginning. And we are telling you the truth.
We do not have training centres today. We will not make a false promise. So first, we're asking you — what do you want to learn? Where? When? Your answers will decide where the first centre opens.
What we won't say
Until there are real centres and real trainers, we will not say “certified,” promise a job, or quote a wage figure.

The trades we intend to teach
Chosen because each one has real workplaces, real supervisors and real demand behind it in and around Bharatpur — not a course list copied from a brochure. Photographs here illustrate the trade; they are not pictures of our own trainees, because there aren't any yet.

Housekeeping · F&B · front office
Bharatpur's tourism trade hires year-round, and its hotels are where the first supervisors would come from.

Vermicompost · drip irrigation
Water-efficient methods matter more in a desert district than anywhere else, and the input costs are low enough for a smallholder to actually adopt.

Making · packaging · pricing · photography · online selling
Rajasthan has no shortage of makers. What it lacks is the half of the trade that happens after the object is finished.

Installation & maintenance
Rajasthan has the highest solar capacity in India. Maintenance work is local, recurring, and cannot be outsourced elsewhere.

Two-wheeler & home appliance
Every village already has the demand. What's missing is trained hands and a reason to trust the person holding the spanner.

Stitching & garment finishing
Work that can be done close to home — which, per our own survey design, is the single biggest constraint women name.

UPI · e-Mitra operation
One trained operator per panchayat changes how an entire village accesses schemes, payments and documents.
How the first centre gets decided
Not by us picking a district. By counting what people actually asked for.

Trade, panchayat, and how far you can realistically travel. Four fields, no commitment on either side.
Panchayat teams collect the same questions door to door, reaching people who will never fill in a web form.
Which trades, which panchayats, how many — including the places where demand was too thin to justify a centre.
In Month 9, in the trade and location the data actually pointed to — and we publish the batch size, not just the launch.
Read this before you register
Not one. Registering does not put you on a waiting list for a class that exists — it helps decide whether a class should exist near you.
That word carries legal weight and requires RSLDC or NSDC affiliation. We don't have it, so we don't use the word.
We won't quote a salary or guarantee placement. When we do have placements, we'll publish the employer's name and the count.
There is no fee to register interest, and there never will be a fee to be counted in this survey.
What we'll count once it's real
Most training programmes publish enrolment, because it's the number that only ever goes up. Completion, retention and wage are the numbers that can embarrass you — which is exactly why they're the ones worth publishing.

Register your interest

The claim we're building toward
“We train for jobs that exist in our own companies, and we publish how many we hired.” Very few organisations in Rajasthan could say that truthfully. We can't say it yet either — but it is the sentence this entire pillar is being built to earn.
Questions before you register
The calendar puts the first batch in Month 9, after the Month 5 survey decides the trade and location. If it slips, we'll say so here rather than quietly moving the date.
None to register interest. Fees for actual training, if any, will be published openly before a single person enrols.
That constraint is exactly what the survey is designed to capture, and Month 11 is set aside for women-only batches near home.
Tell us anyway. The list reflects where we have workplaces today, not a limit on what the survey can surface.
Only with a parent or guardian's verifiable consent, which we record before anything else. That's our child-protection policy, without exception.
